Tapping is great for sports anxiety when nothing else is working.
Nathan and I made this video to answer some questions about tapping with young athletes. He’s not exactly 7 any more, and we did not at all rehearse what we would tap on, but it shows sort of how I work with my athletes. This is part of Step #5 in our S.C.O.R.E. system: Eliminate Your Internal Conflicts

To get the most out of this video:
1. Think about a specific stressful memory
2. Take some deep breaths and tune in to how stressful that memory is on a scale of 1-10.
3. Forget about yourself for a few minutes and just follow along with Nathan.
4. At the end tune back in to your situation and see if your memory has lost it’s charge.
Of course when I work privately with somebody, I am tuned in to their energy and we keep going until we get the results they want. It’s harder to do on video, but about 80% of the people who follow along in a quiet place will get noticeable results.
